Practical information

Concerning the vehicles, we are 2 cars, can we park the 2 on the plot?
Only one vehicle is allowed per site in July and August and holiday weekends, we allow the 2nd vehicle to enter the site for unloading luggage but must be parked on the parking lot. During the off-season, a second vehicle may be allowed to park on the site if it allows it at a rate of 3.50€/day.

Friends want to visit us during our stay, how does it work?
Visitors are welcome on the campsite, they have to leave their vehicle at the parking and announce themselves at the reception. They will have to pay 3.00€ per person

I am entitled to the Aide Vacances Famille de la CAF, is your campsite approved?
Yes, we are approved by VACAF and therefore you can benefit from the AVF aid if you are entitled to it. It is important to contact us directly at 02 51 33 71 89 and to communicate us your number of recipient as of the reservation so that the estimate is established according to your assistance. You can benefit from the VACAF aid only during school vacations.
The application fee is 25 €, regardless of the period and the means of reservation.

I own a pet, can I take it on vacation?
Animals are accepted in the rentals for 5.00€/night and in the camping for an extra 4.00€/night. On the other hand, we ask you to respect certain conditions which are as follows:
– only dogs or cats are allowed
– 1 animal MAXIMUM per site
– Dogs of categories 1 and 2 (Pitbull, rottweiler,…) are strictly forbidden
– All animals must be kept on a leash within the campground and not left alone on the plot or in the rental.
– The animal must be tattooed and vaccinated and its papers presented to the office upon arrival.

My son is a minor and wants to go away for a few days with his friends, is this possible?
In accordance with the internal regulations, each minor must be accompanied by an adult. They must present an identity card and a parental authorization. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the campsite.

We will arrive outside the opening hours of the reception, how to get the keys and access to the campsite?
During the high season you can go to the bar restaurant until 22:00.
For the pre and post season, we invite you to contact us by email or phone and we will explain you all the modalities.

We have rented a mobile home for 6 people and we have 2 teenagers who want to sleep in a tent near the mobile home, is this possible?
The installation of a tent on the same plot as a rental is authorized provided that it does not exceed the capacity of the rental (i.e. 6 people for this example), 4 in the mobile home and 2 in the tent.

We are 6 Adults + 1 baby of 6 months, can we rent a Mobil-home 6 places?
All persons must be counted including infants, some of our mobile homes have a place for a baby bed, if not rent a mobile home with a larger capacity.

We come in camping, what are the modalities for the electrical connection?
The electrical terminals have a European plug, so we advise you to bring an electrical adapter. (Blue plug)
We offer them for rent at 1.50€/day or for sale at 15.00€. Electricity 10 A on all our pitches.

If we go out in the evening, is there a schedule for the traffic?
The gates of the campsite are closed from 11pm to 7am. If you come back after 11:00 pm, you will have to leave your car on the outside parking lot and walk to your place. Also, if you want to leave the campsite before 7:00 a.m., for an excursion or for a very early departure, you will have to take your car out the night before before 11:00 p.m. We inform you that the speed limit is 10km/h inside the campsite.

If we want to have a barbecue what are the conditions?
We only accept gas and electric barbecues on your site. We propose the rental of electric plancha at 5€/meal at the reception. Charcoal barbecues are not allowed.

Are there any conditions to access the aquatic area?
Yes, access to the aquatic area is regulated. For reasons of hygiene, men and boys are asked to wear boxers or briefs. Shorts and Bermuda shorts are forbidden, as well as large balls, inflatable games etc… Children must be accompanied by an adult to access the pool area.
The outdoor and indoor pool is heated.
Outdoor swimming pool open from June to September. Opening hours from 10am to 8pm in July and August and from 10am to 7pm in June and September.
Indoor swimming pool open from April to October opening hours from 10am to 8pm in July and August and from 10am to 7pm in June and September in October from 10am to 6pm

Do you accept vacation vouchers?
Vacation vouchers are accepted for the payment of your deposit or for the balance. Fill them in before the payment of your stay and do not detach the stubs.

Is the campsite open all year round?
The campsite is open from March 23 to November 11, 2020. To book your stay, we are at your disposal all year long at 02 51 33 71 89.

We are coming to rent, what are the important things to bring?
All our rentals are equipped with 1 to 3 bedrooms, a kitchenette, a living area and a television. (No TV in the bungalows and chalets)
We provide all the dishes, fridge, microwave, electric coffee maker, garden furniture, blankets or comforters and pillows.
However, please do not forget to bring your own sheets and towels as well as cleaning products.
