Island of Noirmoutier :

You will reach the island of Noirmoutier either by the bridge or by the passage of the Gois according to the hours of tide: The GOIS is a submersible road at low tide which connects the island of Noirmoutier to the continent of the commune of Beauvoir sur mer. The length of the Gois is 4.3kms: during high tide, the water height varies from 1.3 meter to 4 meters. The bridge that connects theisland of Noirmoutier to the mainland was created in 1971. You will have the choice that seems most appropriate to access the island, while taking into account the tide schedules. At low tide in the bay of Gois you can collect: clams, cockles, oysters ….

L’Île D’Yeu :

Go by boat to discover the beautiful landscapes of the island and its old castle. Nice walks and bike rides are waiting for you on the coastal paths. Discover a magnificent wild coast. It is accessible by boat from the ports of Saint Gilles croix de vie and Fromentine, but also by helicopter and small private boats
